Commitment is hard. We can work together on an hourly basis (schedule permitting.) *All coaching clients are required to take an EQ-i 2.0 assessment before they can participate in coaching, which is a one-time fee of $250.

Journaling is a powerful way to get in touch with yourself. This 90-day journal has daily intentions, prompts to guide you toward self-discovery and healing, and space to reflect on your daily gratitude. The back pages of the journal allow you to document your inspirations, notes, and quotes throughout your journey.
