About Me

Shelley Davis Boyd, MBA, CAE, CEC, CLC (she/her)

Certified Executive Coach | Certified EQ-i 2.0 Practitioner | Speaker

I'm deeply passionate about learning, growth, and helping others realize what's possible for their lives. My journey has taken me through an enriching blend of academic, professional, and personal development experiences. I hold an MBA from Northwood University, a Certification in Credit Union Management from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and completed specialized training as a Business Image Coach at the Protocol School of Washington. I'm also a Certified EQ-i 2.0 Practitioner, a Certified Association Executive (CAE), a Certified Executive Coach, a Certified Life Coach (CLC), and a Certified ATHENA International Becoming ATHENA Leadership Facilitator.

Throughout my career, I've remained committed to empowering people to step into their full potential—whether that's through coaching, speaking, or transformative training experiences. Emotional intelligence is at the heart of everything I do. I believe it's the foundation for personal and professional success, and I help individuals harness it to strengthen self-awareness, empathy, and resilience. My goal is always to create safe, supportive spaces where people can grow, lead with authenticity, and thrive with purpose.

I also co-host the WildHER Wisdom podcast with Mary Gajda—a space where real talk meets real growth. We bring on amazing guests who share powerful stories of resilience, leadership, self-acceptance, and personal evolution. It's a platform for bold conversations, deep insights, and a few well-placed laughs. It's also where I get to bring a little extra sass, speak from the heart, and connect in a raw, empowering way with listeners on their journey toward wholeness and impact.

Balance matters to me. When I'm not working, I'm with my family or enjoying the simple pleasures of life. I love exercising, gardening, nurturing my (many!) houseplants, baking, canning, reading, and being present with the people I love. These moments ground me and remind me what is truly important in life.
