Shelley Davis Boyd, MBA, CAE, CLC (she/her)

Certified Life Coach | Certified EQ-i 2.0 Practitioner | Speaker

I am deeply passionate about learning and personal growth, a journey that has led me through an enriching academic and professional development path. My educational background includes an MBA from Northwood University, a Certification in Credit Union Management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and specialized training as a Business Image Coach at the Protocol School of Washington. Beyond these, I am a Certified EQ-i 2.0 Practitioner, a Certified Association Executive (CAE), a Certified Life Coach (CLC), and a Certified ATHENA International Becoming ATHENA Leadership Facilitator.

My career is a testament to my unwavering commitment to empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. I strive to inspire transformation and growth through coaching, speaking engagements, and comprehensive training sessions. At the core of my methodology is a profound belief in the power of emotional intelligence as a cornerstone for personal and professional development. By embracing the principles of emotional intelligence, I guide people to foster self-awareness, empathy, and resilience. This approach enables them to gracefully navigate life's challenges and realize their dreams and goals. My dedication is to create a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages everyone to embark on their unique path to self-improvement and success. Additionally, through the podcast I co-host with Amy C. Mollitor, WildHER Wisdom, I extend this mission by exploring themes of empowerment, emotional intelligence, self-care, and personal growth, offering listeners insights and strategies to enhance their journey toward self-discovery and empowerment.

Achieving a harmonious work-life balance is of utmost importance to me. Outside of my professional endeavors, I cherish quality family time, especially supporting my children's various events and interests. My hobbies reflect my love for a rich and engaging life, including exercising, gardening, nurturing indoor plants, baking, traditional canning, reading, and savoring moments with loved ones. These activities bring me joy and keep me grounded and connected to life's simple pleasures.
